AntiSmart

basicly antismart was founded about 1994 by shaf and lubo. after usual startproblems petzi the actuall drummer found his place in the band in summer 1996. the first songs was full of greenday influences and pretty fucked up. they wrote enough songs for a setlist and started to play their first shows in 1998/99. after recording some tapes and releasing their first cd-album called "second hand" the sound changed in more westcoast/speedpunk directed music. the year 2001 was a big step forward for the band. they found a label (suspect records), a sponsor for clothings (dollarshop) and they had about 40 shows in this year. but this was just the beginning ... staus quo: the guys survived over 130 liveshows, did some tours in europe and produced their third album. they played shows with bands like the slackers, donots, sportfreunde stiller, church of confidence, she-maletrouble, biohazard, alkbottle, kill your idols, emil bulls, j.b.o., of no avail, ...
